Horseshoe Bend has everything from CCTV, C-Bus Home automation, Intercom, Automated electric entry gates, Fibre optics, Multiple networks and wireless access points, water features and landscape lighting on a grand scale.

The project scope exploded and was completed earlier this year totalling an additional five large buildings and significant infrastructure improvements and landscaping features.
